I first started my travels in Chiang Mai and it was probably up there with one of the best decisions that I have ever made thanks to Spicy. For being a solo traveler for the first time after working in Switzerland and Spain I did not know what to expect staying in hostels but that thought disappeared very quickly because of the homely feel that Spicythai provides. I had class time, staying for three weeks then coming back after a little travelling to work at the hostel. It is a place full of fun and laughs and it set me up for the rest of my travels and even life.
